In order to ensure the highest possible standards are maintained at all times members of profitchargerhits.com Traffic Exchange agree to the
following terms of agreement.
1) profitchargerhits.com reserve the right to refuse membership or cancel membership if member is found abusing the terms. Upon termination member will lose all credits.
2) We do not allow the following page contents; racist, illegal, pornographic, SCAM sites, chain letters, or other material in our opinion is either illegal or inappropriate.
profitchargerhits.com cannot guarantee that member sites do not contain such material. All sites viewed on the Exchange are provided "as is" and no warranty of any kind whether express or implied is granted as to their legality, bona fide nature or possible earnings potential
If in doubt seek professional advice and certainly never accept any earning projections as being reliable.
As a general guide ask yourself the "what am I getting question" - i.e. what are you getting in real product or service for the price/ membership fee you are paying. If the answer is nothing, then the program is probably nothing more than a clever desgised ponzi scheme i.e. where the owners know you will earn nothing, and are just after your money. Do not join any program where all you are buying is the "hope" that other people will join and that you will earn via their membership fee payments. Please note this is only a genuine guide and not a complete statement of the law that may be applicable in your country
3) You may cancel your Membership by clicking the [Delete account] link in member area. If you decide to cancel your membership and later
wish to re-enroll, you will be assigned a new account,
and you will not receive further credit for referrals made using Your previous account.
4) Viewing Websites
It is a condition of membership and of using the Traffic Exchange system that all members agree to look at all sites which are displayed in their browser for the required count down.
Any use of automatic surfing systems which try and click up "false" credits and do not involve the user in actually viewing the pages will be deemed to be a breach of this agreement and will lead to immediate termination of account WITHOUT NOTICE
This willl also apply is anyone is found surfing a ridiculous number of credits a day, which gives the impression to admin, that the person must have used some autoclick device, otherwise how else could they possible have earned so many credits in a single day? If you are a genuine surfer you have nothing to fear, however sometime PTP type members have come to this exchange and surfed thousands of sites in a short period, obviously using an autoclick system of some kind - these people ARE IMMEDIATELY DELETED - because this activity sends an email to admin to warn that someone is doing this!
5) Listed Websites
Members may list any site they chose but it will first be checked by Admin to check that the site meets our TOS
In general we will NOT permit the following sites to be shown on our exchange:
- Frame Breakers - i.e. sites which remove the frame of the exchange
- Pop Ups - i.e. where another page appears outside of our main frame
- Pop Unders and Exit Pop Unders
- Java Script Alert Boxes
- Email Scripts which force the users email client to deploy
- PTR and PTP sites which allow multiple pages and banners to be plastered over each other
- Sites which are well known SCAMS
- Sites which are in fact 2 or more sites shown in the same browser window. In this case the user will be advised to resubmit the sites in question individually
- Sites in which there is no content apart from a "google" style box or similar
- Sites which attempt to download software automatically either with or without the users consent
We also check the database of listed Websites on a daily basis for bad sites which are then automatically deleted. This is to keep the database clean and to ensure that the minority of people that abuse the system by changing the ultimate target URL by changing it after we have agreed the site, will find their sites deleted without warning
6) Signing Up Other People Without Their Consent
Members are not under any circumstances allowed to sign up other members.
Members can refer other individuals to the website and help them through the sign up process, however the individual must complete the signup process by him/herself, including the reading and agreeing to the Membership Agreement.
No member shall create false accounts simply for the benefit of referral rewards or to create a manufactured downline. Any member found to be engaged in such activity will have their membership revoked and will lose all
credits and/or money in all accounts created.
7) Personal information:
As a member of profitchargerhits.com you agree to keep your personal information on file up to date and accurate at all times. You also confirm that the email address you have on file is accurate and in working order.
The company will keep all personal information about you in the strictest confidence and will not divulge it to any third party unless obligated to do so by law.
Please note that in the event that your Email becomes permanently dead, we shall have no other option then to delete your account
8) Acceptable use of start link
The start link (also referred to as the "surf" link) that a member receives upon signing up is to be used solely by that member and solely for the purpose of viewing other member's websites through the profitchargerhits.com traffic exchange network.
This link is not to be used in any way that cheats the system or attempts to compromise it in any way. Our policy is very simple - ALL CHEATERS WILL BE DELETED!!
The start link must not in any circumstances be promoted on other networks as a means of falsely obtaining credits. The start link is also not to be placed in any automatic clicking program or other similar program or software designed to defraud the network or falsely earn credits.
Any inappropriate use of the start link (as indicated, but not limited to the above) will result in immediate termination of that member's account and all earned or purchased credits along with any remaining cash balance will be lost.
Individuals with a suspicious amount of credits or who have earnt a suspicious amounts of credits, or who have generated suspicious numbers of non genuine referrals, will be highlighted by the system and such accounts will be deleted without notice.
9) Removal of membership:
A member may at any time request to have his/her membership cancelled by simply submitting a support request and clearly defining the account that is to be cancelled.
Alternatively, a member may have their membership revoked by profitchargerhits.com if profitchargerhits.com deems that member to be
in violation of any of the terms as set out in the Membership Agreement.
profitchargerhits.com also reserves the right to refuse or cancel the membership of any member found to be defrauding the system in any way, or in any case where the profitchargerhits.com feels that the member is not acting in the best interest of the profitchargerhits.com.
If a member should have their membership canceled for any reason, that member will lose all traffic credits (whether earned or purchased) and will forfeit any remaining money in any of the accounts associated with that membership.
10) Loss of data and other errors
Members agree to not hold liable profitchargerhits.com for any loss of data that might occur while the member is using the profitchargerhits.com website and all services and products contained within.
Loss of data includes, but is not limited to, any account balances, credits, downline members and statistics.
profitchargerhits.com agrees to make every effort within its reasonable power to ensure that such loss of data never occurs, and profitchargerhits.com will make every effort within reason to correct any such loss of data.
Members also agree to not hold liable profitchargerhits.com for any damage that may arise to the member's computer, software, or other products while using the profitchargerhits.com website and all services and products contained within.
11) Accounts will be deleted if not used for 90 days.
12) Only one membership for each person is allowed.
13) SPAM
profitchargerhits.com does not condone the use of UCE (unsolicited commercial email) and spam.
Members are strictly prohibited from using spam in their marketing efforts.
This Agreement may be modified by profitchargerhits.com from time to time, with or without notice.
Purpose of these measures are to maintain the integrity of the advertising members. Members agree to be bound by these terms.
Privacy Policy
At profitchargerhits.com, we respect your right to privacy. We will never sell or rent your name, e-mail address,
physical address and any other identifying information that you give us with any third party.
By signing up for our FREE service, you agree to receive occasional e-mails from our company or our
sponsors. You may remove yourself from these mailings at any time. If you pay for extra credits,
banner advertising or anything else, your private information will be encrypted and sent securely
over a SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) connection via facilities of leading credit card processing
company - PAYPAL.
